The Enable Interactive Button: Set Interactive Checking

When th Enable Interactive button in the DRC Menu is active, design rule checking is performed on new objects as created, or objects modified, during editing. A violating object is marked, and the error highlighted. A pop-up window explains the violation, unless this has been suppressed with the No Pop Up Errors button. The object is included in the database, and the user must decide whether to fix or defer the violation.

This tracks the state of the Drc variable.
